This is a 30 ton machine with full ABCD counterweights. Independent swing and travel. Power load lowering on 2.
Long and wide bottom with 30" shoes. 371 Detroit engine. 3 Sheave tip. High or low gantry. New silencer chain and gears.
New bearings and seals, in drums. Frictions and brakes as needed. Gearboxes opened and inspected. New track pins.
New brass in tumblers and idlers. PTO was rebuilt and new clutch and bearing. All new glass and rubber.
Sheet metal was stripped from machine then cab and machine and sheet metal were blasted separately, cleaned again,
primed , painted , this was done with sheet metal off , assembled with silicone between joints , complete cab sanded ,
outside joints caulked , then final coats of paint and stripes and decals after reassembly of machine.
